For Customers cytech means:
Confidence that your new bike has been properly set-up to manufacturer's guidelines and British Standards, by a competent mechanic
Peace-of-mind that your existing bike is in safe hands
Ongoing technical support to ensure your bike runs smoothly to give you the best cycling experience
Having your bike serviced regularly will mean you can go longer between major overhauls and expensive part replacements.

Prolong service intervals by keeping your bike clean and lubed up. Warning, keep high pressure hoses away as this causes more damage than good.
The service frequency recommendations are under the assumption that the Daily Commuter will be riding to and from work every day of the week in all weather, that the Weekend Warrior will be out on the trails three times a month and the Leisure Cyclist is riding short distances when the weather is nice about once a month.
