Bike Servicing & Repairs
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The Perfetto Light W can be best described as a summer weight Gabba offering female cyclists a lightweight windproof fabric over the front and shoulders with a water beading but highly breathable stretch back. Ideally suited to cool dry summer temperatures, or when there's just a risk of light rain.
Using the same principles of the men's Perfetto Light this ladies version has been created from the ground up for a perfect fit with the female form.
It was the Castelli sponsored professional athletes who first asked for a Gabba that was not as hot as the Gabba but warmer than the Perfetto Vest. To this end, Castelli started with the Gabba and made the back in Nano-Light fabric - like Nano-Flex but without the thermal qualities. This gave the piece a lot more breathability and kept you from getting sweaty inside but it was still too warm.
So Castelli further lightened it up by using a lighter weight of Windstopper 150 Fabric (a full 25% lighter than the one used on the Gabba) on the front and the Perfetto Light was created.
You may think that this is filling a very small niche. But all we can say is try it. The Perfetto Light can cover most of the conditions of the Gabba (except wet racing and very cold), yet it handles warmer temperatures much better. And the fit is exceptional, which is one more reason you'll keep reaching for it.
