Bike Servicing & Repairs
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Designed for low resistance rolling thanks to a tubeless construction, the Mavic Yksion Pro UST Clincher Tyre provides improved puncture protection, greater grip, and the perfect pairing with your Mavic UST Wheelset.
Easily installed and requiring just 30 grams of sealant to provide the best possible level of puncture protection, these tyres use a kevlar bead for a top of the line strength over the entire surface. With a built-in level of stretch allowing for better management and easier installation, this tyre remains highly versatile and easily repaired in the event that the worst occurs.
Available in both 25mm and 28mm editions, this tyre weighs just 290 grams, and, without a tube, retains that light net weight, whilst giving you lower rolling resistances for faster, easier riding on your high tempo road ride.
