Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We also ask that you contact us before having a 3rd party undertake work on an item purchased from 99 Bikess. Any work carried out without 99 Bikes consent will not be eligible for reimbursement and may void future warranty claims for that item.

Bergamont's E-Revox 5.0 is the entry level bike in the series, still packing the top-spec Bosch Performance Line CX motor to give all the performance at a lower price-point.
 
The E-Revox 5.0 is equipped with the same Bosch Performance CX motor as the top-spec models, giving you all the power, at a lower price point. With 250W of power and 75Nm of torque, you will be able to power yourself up the steepest of inclines with very little effort from yourself, making the previously impossible, possible! The 500Wh battery ensures the maximum range and has been cleverly integrated into the downtube of the bike, creating a sleek look. The eBike system is all controlled from the bar-mounted Purion display, which gives a clear display of all your live riding data, including speed and remaining battery levels. For 2018 the Performance CX motor also includes the all-new eMTB mode, which progressively supports the rider's pedal power, giving the optimum amount of assistance, exactly when you need it, without having to worry about what mode you are in.
 
The SR Suntour XCM RL-R fork provides 100mm of travel, using air technology like more expensive forks, to provide a plush, responsive feel to the bike. The fork also features a rebound adjust so you are able to fine-tune the settings to your own preferences.
 
A Shimano drivetrain gives you 9-speeds that have been selected for the E-Revox, with an 11-36t cassette, you have the optimum range for both speed and climbing ability, giving the motor maximum efficiency. All of this is combined with Shimano's reliability, giving you the perfect entry-level package.
 
Bergamont haven't skimped out on the braking power, offering Shimano BR-M315 hydraulic brakes with a combination of 180/160mm discs to give the perfect balance of power and control. Hydraulic disc brakes perform great in all weather conditions, making them a perfect fit for this bike.
 
29er wheels mounted with Maxxis Forekaster tyres are fast rolling on all kinds of terrain, also giving you excellent amounts of grip, ideal for carving your way through berms at speed!

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
