Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

When Team MTN Qhubeka requested an extremely light weight helmet for sprinting our engineers set out a wish list to achieve what seemed to be the impossible. The Manta€„¢s extremely aerodynamic and low profile shape provides unsurpassed performance in the wind tunnel with a saving of 10 watts at 50km/h. Whilst the strategically placed Airflow Converge vents and NACA crown vents ensure your head is kept cool without increasing drag. The Manta is the lightest closed aero helmet available at only 200g (size M CE).

HES CONSTRUCTION / Helps the energy management of the helmet by spreading the force of the impact out over the full shell instead of it being localised in one area.
IN-MOULDING INTELLIGENT FUSION / Different densities of material, depending on the characteristics of each model.

SIZE ADJUSTER
SAFE-T ADVANCED / Our top of the range retention system provides the best weight and comfort ratio. 25% lighter than the Safe T Smart, the Safe T Advanced is welded which helps to reduce the weight. The contact points have increased comfort with a larger cradle surface area which is also designed to aid ventilation at the back of the head. The micro adjust dial offers very precise movements with 2mm per click for horizontal adjustment. The vertical adjustment offers 4 steps for the perfect fit. As standard on all of our helmets, the retention features a full 360 degrees retention ring which fits around the head bringing unparalleled comfort with a very secure fit. The Sinethesis size adjuster is also reflective.

STRAPS
AIR LITE STRAPS / Breathability and comfort are extremely important, 15% lighter than a standard helmet strap, they are also more aerodynamic than a standard strap/divider combination. To provide additional visibility the straps also come with reflective detailing on the Sinethesis.
AIR LITE DIVIDERS / Ultra flat design helps to reduce aerodynamic drag.
EMBEDDED STRAP ANCHOR POINTS / Improves the aerodynamics and the straps€„¢ tensile strength is more evenly distributed in case of impact.

COMFORT
COOLMAX TM INTERNAL PADDING / strategically placed to provide the best comfort and sweat absorption.
FULL GEL 02 PADDING / Also supplied as a spare set of padding which is hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial and made from biomedical gel which helps to keep the head cooler, is more durable and won€„¢t smell of sweat.

Bike orders under £499 will incur a £20 delivery fee

Free Delivery On Orders Over £50.00

When you spend more than £50.00 at 99 Bikes deliveries to a UK mainland address will be free (excludes bikes & large items).

Certain regions and territories of the UK will incur additional charges, details of which can be found on our delivery page.

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
