Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

With a full Newmen cockpit and super fast Fulcrum Racing 77 wheelset, this is a speed machine that will bring out the best in every rider even when the going gets really tough. Slim seat stays in the carbon frame and a carbon handlebar and seatpost make the best use possible of the natural vibration dampening qualities of carbon fibre to improve rider comfort. This is perfectly balanced with a tapered head tube and large downtube giving the frame top draw rigidity and stiffness to ensure that every watt of pedalling power you produce goes straight into propelling you forward. 
 
Internal cable routing gives the frame a sleek look as well as adding life to your cables by protecting them from the elements, keeping your gear shifting cleaner and smoother for longer.
 
Shimano's Ultegra Di2 11 speed groupset gives incredibly slick shifting through a wireless electronic system, giving you consistency and quality with every flick of the shfiter. A wide range of gears gives you the ability to reach the top of any climb, and descend like a pro with confidence inspired by the superior stopping power and modulation of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes.
 
Cube's premium C:62 frame carbon is matched with a CSL Evo carbon fork, both of which have attachment points for flat mount discm brakes which reduce weight and increase aerodynamics allowing you to slip through the wind more efficiently. The aerodynamic properties of the frame tubes combined with Agile Ride Geometry putting you in a race ready position means that you're well equipped to crush your opponents, whether you're sprinting away from the peleton or racing your mates to the cafe at the weekend.

Bike orders are sent via TNT/FedEx with estimated delivery within 1 working day after quoted dispatch time (For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands deliveries please allow an additional 1-4 working days).
Bike orders under £499 will incur a £20 delivery fee

Free Delivery On Orders Over £50.00

When you spend more than £50.00 at 99 Bikes deliveries to a UK mainland address will be free (excludes bikes & large items).

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
