Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Any work carried out without 99 Bikes consent will not be eligible for reimbursement and may void future warranty claims for that item.

The HMX carbon frame is incredibly light, in a carbon lay up specifically designed for optimal strength. Not only is the frameset lightweight, it's combined with a lightweight wheelset to create an overall package with a very low number on the scale.
 
You can choose to bring the weight down more yourself by converting your wheels to tubeless, which, as well as reducing weight a little more, means you can run lower pressure for extra grip in slippery conditions, and massively reduces your chances of picking up punctures on the trail.
 
Top quality forks and rear suspension from Fox will soak up the bumps and roots with ease, floating over any obstacles to give you a smooth ride. Scott's TwinLoc suspension system enables you to easily lock out the fork and shock with a simple handlebar mounted remote lever to give you even more efficiency when you get to smoother and faster terrain.
 
Drop the saddle down with the Syncros dropper post and get your weight over the back of the bike to descend faster with more confidence.
 
You can rip down trails with extreme confidence thanks to the superior stopping power of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with excellent modulation and consistent stopping power whatever the weather and whatever the conditions. The SRAM Eagle groupset gives an amazing shift quality across a wide range cassette, meaning you'll never be struggling for a gear on even the toughest of terrain.

Bike orders under £499 will incur a £20 delivery fee

Free Delivery On Orders Over £50.00

When you spend more than £50.00 at 99 Bikes deliveries to a UK mainland address will be free (excludes bikes & large items).

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
