Bike Servicing & Repairs
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The handlebar grip is your key contact point for controlling your bike. Having a grip suited to your individual demands is hugely important and often overlooked. We developed our Lock-On grip with four unique compounds to give the rider the widest range of choice for any grip. Renthal Kevlar grips feature our most advanced compound to date. Millions of randomly aligned Kevlar particles are suspended in the base material. As the grip is used, more of these particles are exposed, resisting wear whilst retaining a soft and tacky feel. This is our ultimate grip compound. We developed an all new Super Comfort compound for the Lock-On grip. This is aimed at riders whose main criteria for a grip is the softest possible feel. Our grips feature CNC machined aluminium collars which are permanently integrated into the central core. This eliminates any movement between these sections which can develop over time.
