Bike Servicing & Repairs
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return bikes or bulky items such as forks or turbo trainers please contact our Returns Department to arrange a special courier collection. We also ask that you contact us before having a 3rd party undertake work on an item purchased from 99 Bikess. Any work carried out without 99 Bikes consent will not be eligible for reimbursement and may void future warranty claims for that item.

Originally designed as an aero rain jacket for Team Sky The Castelli Pro Fit Light, Rain Jacket is now available to all.
The Pro Fit is a shell style waterproof jacket but with a super snug fit. The close-fitting arms are lined to make them comfy against bare skin. And the fabric is printed with a design language shared through several winter lines. With the printed ProFit you can now stay warm and dry and still look cool. (You can also order this rain jacket fully printed in your team colours through our custom program)
The Pro Fit Light, Rain Jacket. features a deep drop tail with reflective trim, taped seams and 3 rear pockets making it a great choice for the start of wet races or as a mid-ride waterproof when a close fit is needed.
The jacket does have a downside it's not as breathable or as compact as Castelli's GoreTex Idro range of waterproofs but then it's not as expensive either. Designed to be close fitting it is ideal for less intense riding at the start of a race or going fast in really foul weather.
