Hassle free returns

At 99 Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We also ask that you contact us before having a 3rd party undertake work on an item purchased from 99 Bikess. Any work carried out without 99 Bikes consent will not be eligible for reimbursement and may void future warranty claims for that item.

ODI has a long and established racing heritage. Our first generation Lock-On System was born out of the need to quickly fasten grips for downhill racing and quickly became the standard for racers everywhere. We are pushing the bar even further and have partnered up with 2-time UCI World Cup Downhill Champion Aaron Gwin to develop the next evolution in race-inspired grips. The new AG-1 grips were redesigned from the ground up with racing specific features.

When we partnered with Aaron Gwin to develop a grip, we set out to make the most technically advanced DH grip ever made. We started from the ground up with an entirely new single-clamp locking system which offers over 10mm of extra grip space and allows for a more ergonomic feel on the either end of the grip. We topped this off with multiple layers of gripping surface utilizing a unique rib pattern that provides positive traction without making the grip feel larger. To ensure that the grip would stand up to the abuse of world class DH courses, we added alloy reinforced ends which combines the strength of aluminum with the forgiveness of a plastic end. We packed all of this into an ultra slim grip for optimal feedback and split second decision making. The result of all this hard work is the AG1 Lock-0n Grips: the best DH grips ever made.

Increased Bolt size to 3mm Allen to help prevent stripping and increase strength. (Torque tested up to 70 In-Lb (8Nm).

Please note:
The v2.1 Clamps are completely new and not backwards compatible.
The clamps are not designed to come off once they are installed which allows a more snug clamp/grip interface to eliminate any play in the interface between the two. They are therefore not removable or replaceable.
The grips will ship with the clamps and bolts pre-installed so all you need to do is slide them on and lock them down.

Bike orders are sent via TNT/FedEx with estimated delivery within 1 working day after quoted dispatch time (For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands deliveries please allow an additional 1-4 working days).
Bike orders under £499 will incur a £20 delivery fee

Free Delivery On Orders Over £50.00

When you spend more than £50.00 at 99 Bikes deliveries to a UK mainland address will be free (excludes bikes & large items).

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
