In the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer a 30 day online return policy* in which you can receive a full refund. Any item including bikes (with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused and resalable condition in or with its original packaging which must be undamaged. In the event an item is returned to ourselves in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item or offer a partial refund. Unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery on our part you will have to cover the cost of the return. If you believe that we should be covering the cost of the return please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.

In line with the customer rights act 2015 if you receive an item that is faulty, of un-satisfactory quality, unusable or that differs from how the product is described you are entitled to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Each is impressive in their own right but the magic really lies in how they all come together into a rockhopper that serves up singletrack with a nice big side of whoah so thats what a real bike feels like

A heart of gold, presented in our lightweight yet durable Premium A1 Aluminum, the
Rockhopper’s butted aluminum frame features hydroformed top and downtubes in
order to keep weight low and strength high, all while providing increased standover
clearance, slick internal cable routing and dropper-post compatibility.

With the goal of making sure that the Rockhopper offers both the best fit and best
performance for every person, no matter their measure, we’ve paired each
Rockhopper frame size with the optimal wheel size. The result is a Rockhopper to fit
every rider and the assurance that every Rockhopper is rolling on the best-handling

Bringing our Rx Tune to Rockhopper for the very first time, the lockout-equipped SR
Suntour XCM with custom Multi-Circuit damping brings size-specific travel and
spring rates to the show in a performance that’s sure to impress while also ensuring
consistent geometry, handling and suspension performance, regardless of frame or
wheel size.

Beautifully beastly, SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes pack a mean bite but deliver
their power with a refined, intuitive feel to make for a package that punches way
above its pay grade.

Keep things simple with a durable 1x MicroSHIFT drivetrain that offers plenty of range
along with a clutch-equipped rear derailleur that keeps your ride quite—and your chain
on.

Click & Collect Orders

Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take some time to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Spread the cost of your new bike, helmet, safety equipment and accessories paying via instalments being taken directly from your wage. The payments for the Cycle To Work scheme are taken out of your gross wage and your Tax & NI contributions are then worked out based on your new lower gross wage which is how you save money on your new bike and equipment.

At the end of the time period specified with your Cycle To Work scheme you then have the option of buying your bike or to continuing to use it while you work for the company. If you decide to purchase the bike, the balance you owe will be based on a percentage of how much the bike was worth at the time you took out the Cycle To Work scheme.
