Order Tracking

Your order is either shipped with Royal Mail or TNT if bigger bulkier items, if shipped with TNT please be aware that tracking numbers can be reused, so allow up to 12 hours for the shipping information to reflect your order.

Track Your Delivery With TNT

Bikes and Large/Expensive items are sent via TNT Courier which is a track-able service. On the day of dispatch you will receive an email from TNT who will provide you with a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery of your bike at TNT Tracking Website

Track Your Delivery With Royal Mail

Parts & Accessories are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Items over £50 are sent Recorded Signed For and you will receive the tracking code via email on the day of dispatch. If your tracking number ends with "GB" then it will be a Royal Mail package

International Shipping

Bikes are delivered internationally via Courier. A signature will be required upon delivery. On the day of dispatch you will receive and email with a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery of your bike. Parts & Accessories – These are delivered via Royal Mail International Postage services
